PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired subject to the mining easements created by Transfer 13479 and Conveyance 119589 (R. 41/265), to the fencing covenant in Transfer H. 082423 and subject to and together with the benefit of the sewage easement created by Transfer H. 082423, South Auckland Land Registry, for the generation of electricity (housing) and shall vest in the Crown on the 24th day of November 1983.
