Declaring Road Stopped and Added to Land Held for the Generation of Electricity in Block XI, Leaning Rock Survey District, Vincent County

PURSUANT to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the road described in the First Schedule to be stopped and added to the land described in the Second Schedule held for the generation of electricity.

ALL that piece of road containing 5.5 hectares, adjoining or passing through Crown land, stopped road, Sections 2A, 12, and 18 and part Section 3, Block XI, Leaning Rock Survey District; as shown marked 'A' on S.O. Plan 19513, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.

Leasehold Estate Acquired for the Purposes of a Road in Westland County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto held by Martin Patrick O'Brien of Waitaha, farmer, and Dianne Mary O'Brien, his wife, as tenants in common in equal shares, under and by virtue of renewable lease No. 1100, recorded in Volume 1C, folio 612, Westland Land Registry, is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road on the 3rd day of November 1983.

Declaring Road to be Stopped and to be Crown Land in Block I, Mount Robinson Survey District, Manawatu County

PURSUANT to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that the stopped road shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

ALL that piece of road containing 711 square metres, adjoining closed road, situated in Block I, Mount Robinson Survey District; as shown marked "A" on S.O. Plan 30884, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.

Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in Block XV, XVI and XVII, Waikawa Survey District, Southland County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

1. Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and vested in The Southland County Council.

2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that:

(a) The areas marked 'D' on S.O. Plan 9826 and 'E' on S.O. Plan 9827, shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

(b) The areas marked 'C' and 'F' on S.O. Plan 9828 and 'D' on S.O. Plan 9827 and 'B', 'E', and 'G' on S.O. Plan 9826 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 6B/1140, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 092351.5, 050262.3, and 050263.4.

(c) The areas marked 'B' and 'E' on S.O. Plan 9828, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 88, folio 228, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 092351.5, 050262.3, 050263.4, and 061356.3.

3. Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and declares that:

(a) The areas marked 'F' on S.O. Plan 9826 and 'F' on S.O. Plan 9827 shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

(b) The areas marked 'H', 'I', and 'J' on S.O. Plan 9826 and 'G' on S.O. Plan 9827 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 6B/1140, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 092351.5, 050262.3, and 050263.4.

(c) The area marked 'H' on S.O. Plan 9828, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 88, folio 228, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 092351.5, 050262.3, and 050262.4.
