Amending a Notice Declaring Land Held for a University and as
a Reserve for University Purposes to be Set Apart for Motorway in
the City of Auckland

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 16th day of August 1983 and published in the Gazette of 25 August 1983, No. 134, at page 2757, declaring land held for a university and as a reserve for university purposes to be set apart for motorway in the City of Auckland, pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting the description of the land fourthly described in the Schedule thereto and substituting the following description: “Part Allotment 16, Section 15, Suburbs of Auckland; marked “C” on S.O. Plan 52335”.
