Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped
and Land Taken in Block III, Mataura Hundred and Block X,
Lindhurst Hundred, Southland County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the
1st day of February 1983, published in the Gazette of 17 February
1983, No. 18, page 399, declaring land to be road, road stopped and
land taken in Block III, Mataura Hundred and Block X, Lindhurst
Hundred, Southland County by deleting the words in section 2 (b)
and substituting the following:

The areas marked ‘I’ on S.O. Plan 9991 and ‘M’ on S.O. Plan
9992, shall be incorporated in Deferred Payment Licence
No. D.P.F. 452 recorded in certificate of title No. 3A/758 held

from Her Majesty the Queen by David Lyle Dumbleton of
Wyndham, farmer and Margaret Joy Wavell Dumbleton of
Wyndham, married woman, subject to memoranda of mortgage
Nos. 263125, 215185, and 080028.2.
