A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 15th day of November 1919, to be road and to be vested in The Franklin County Council.

PURSUANT to section 179 (3) and subject to sections 176 to 182 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Golden Bay County Council to reclaim an area of 120 square metres, more or less, of Crown land at Collingwood, Golden Bay, as shown on plan M. D. 16196 (S.O. 12895), deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington.
