ROYAL NEW ZEALAND NAVY

Surgeon Commander (acting Surgeon Captain) A. G. Slark, M.B., B.S.(LOND.), DIP.OBST.R.C.O.G., D.P.H. D.L.H; R.C.P.(LOND.) and R.C.S.(ENG.), to be Surgeon Captain with seniority and effect from 25 August 1983.

Commander Ronald Barry Follas, B.SC.(ENG.), is placed on the Retired List with effect from 28 September 1983.

Lieutenant Commander (acting Commander) J. F. Lowen to be Commander with seniority from 4 March 1983 and effect from 22 August 1983.
