CORRIGENDUM

Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Block XVI, Maungaru Survey District and Block IV, Tokatoka Survey District, Hobson County

In the notice with the above heading dated 20 September 1983, published in New Zealand Gazette of 29 September 1983, No. 162 at page 3262, for the description of the land, secondly described, read “Allotment 289, Okahu Parish,” which description appears in the original notice signed on behalf of the Minister of Works and Development.

Land in the City of Christchurch Taken for Drainage Purposes

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for drainage purposes and shall vest in The Christchurch Drainage Board on the 14th day after the date of the publication of the proclamation in the Gazette.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 650 square metres, situated in Block XI, Christchurch Survey District, being part Rural Section 1048; as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 15774, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of October 1983.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for road, and to be vested in The Waikato County Council on the 14th day after the date of publication of this proclamation in the Gazette.

ALL that piece of land containing 3563 square metres, situated in Block XVI, Rangiriri Survey District, being part Allotment 466, Taupiri Parish; as shown marked “B” on S.O. Plan 49385, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.
