Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage Part of a Reserve

Definition of the Purpose of a Reserve and Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby defines the purpose for which the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be classified, as that of a reserve for recreation purposes, and further declares that the said reserve shall be classified as a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
