Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for a Service Lane in the City of Papakura

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 1st day of April 1982, published in the Gazette of 7 April 1982, No. 41, at page 1173, declaring land acquired for a service lane in the City of Papakura, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, by omitting the Schedule of the declaration and substituting the following Schedule.
