Cancellation of the Vesting in the Hobson County Pest
Destruction Board and Revocation of the Reservation Over a
Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the
Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands
hereby cancels the vesting in the Hobson County Pest Destruction
Board and revokes the reservation over the reserve for local pur-
pose (site for a Rabbit Board building), described in the Schedule
hereto.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Manukau City Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the
Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands
hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as
reserves for recreation purposes, and further, vests the said reserves
in the Manukau City Council in trust for that purpose.

Classification and Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the
Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands
hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be
classified as a reserve for scenic purposes subject to the provisions
of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act, and further, declares that the
said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Mangaetoroa Scenic
Reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
