Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block IX, Komakorau
Survey District

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and
to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of
Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule
hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Waikato County
Council, pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication
of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land,
subject to the Land Act 1948.

Leasehold Estate in Land Acquired for the Generation of
Electricity in Mackenzie County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described
in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Robert
William Allan and Anne Forsyth Allan both of Tekapo, sheep
farmers, as tenants in common, under and by virtue of pastoral
lease No.13, recorded in register book Volume 529, folio 3,
Canterbury Land Registry, is hereby acquired for the generation of
electricity, from and after the 29th day of September 1983.
