of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect

Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Acquired for a Technical
Institute in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the second Declaration
dated 23 May 1983, published in New Zealand Gazette of 2 June
1983, No. 76, page 1731, declaring land acquired for a technical
institute in the City of Dunedin by omitting the Schedule and
substituting the following Schedule:

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 48 square metres, being part
Section 63, Block XXXVI, Town of Dunedin; as shown marked

of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
