Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Block XIV, Matiri Survey District, Waima County

PURSUANT to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the stopped road described in the Schedule hereto shall be deemed to be incorporated in lease No. 31/90 contained in certificate of title No. 3C/376 held by Cliff Louis Ernest Christian of Murchison, farmer, and shall be held on the same tenure and upon the same terms and conditions, as the other land comprised in that lease.
