Change of the Classification of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Land’s, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a nature reserve to a scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act.

Classification and Naming of a Reserve

Naming of a Reserve
