Amending a Notice Appointing the Bay of Islands Maritime and Historic Park Board to Control and Manage Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby amends an error in the notice dated 23 May 1979, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 49, 7 June 1979, page 1758 by omitting from the Schedule in the said notice the land described in the Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—WHANGAROA COUNTY
TAURANGA BAY RECREATION RESERVE

4.7946 hectares, more or less, being Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, and 49, D.P. 66947 and Lot 1, D.P. 69081, situated in Block IV, Whangaroa Survey District. All certificates of title, Nos. 24C/1449 to 1451, 24C/1453 to 1456, 24C/1490 to 1495 and 25A/1353, subject to a right of way created by Transfer 119924.3 and a drainage easement created by transfer 210403.5.

Amending a Notice Appointing the Bay of Islands Maritime and Historic Park Board to Control and Manage Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby amends an error in the notice dated 23 May 1979, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 49, 7 June 1979, page 1758 by omitting from the Schedule in the said notice the land described in the First Schedule hereto and inserting in its place the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—MOTUKIEKIE ISLAND—BAY OF ISLANDS COUNTY

28.8338 hectares, more or less, being Motukiekie Island, being all the land on D.P. 1168, situated in Block XIV, Bay of Islands Survey District. All certificate of title, No. 616/128.

SECOND SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—PART MOTUKIEKIE ISLAND—BAY OF ISLANDS COUNTY

28.8338 hectares, more or less, being all the land on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 1168 and being the Motukiekie Island all certificate of title, No. 616/128 but excluding thereout the area shown edged green on the plan annexed to the lease between Alison Elmslie Sewell of Okura and Anthea Janet Goodwin of Clevedon of the one part and Her Majesty the Queen of the other part, executed on the 19th day of November 1976 and held in the records of the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Auckland.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Rodney County Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserve in the Rodney County Council in trust for that purpose.

Classification of Reserve

Classification and Naming of a Reserve
