Declaration That State Forest Land Shall be a Reserve for Scenic Purposes

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves, Department of Lands and Survey, hereby declares that the State forest land, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act and further declares the said reserve to form part of the Chaslands Scenic Reserve.

Declaration that Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Eyre County Council on the 11th day of July 1983:

That, in the exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Eyre County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said County Council in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act.
