Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Ashburton County

PURSUANT TO Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Crown.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the parts of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that—
(i) the area firstly described in the Second Schedule shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948; and
(ii) the area fifthly described in the Second Schedule shall be added to Reserve 1900 held by the Ashburton County Council for plantation purposes (and shown on S.O. Plan 15500).
