PURSUANT to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be Crown Land, subject to the Land Act 1948,
and subject, as to the land firstly described in the Schedule hereto,
to the grant of easement in favour of the Auckland City Council,
contained in 243135 (R. 252/304), subject to the fencing agreements
contained in conveyances No's. 363334 (R. 496/600) and 372920
(R. 514/199) and contained in transfers No's. 216523 and 237117,
and subject to the rights of way appurtenant to the land in certificate
of title, Volume 702, folio 167, created in and by transfer No. 279892,
and subject as to the land secondly described in the Schedule hereto,
to the fencing agreements contained in conveyances 363334
(R. 496/600) and 372920 (R. 514/199) and contained in transfers
No's. 216523 and 237117, and together with the drainage rights and
right of entry created in and by transfer No. 346256.
