Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped, and Land Taken in the County of Kairanga

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 that, agreements to that effect having first been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Kairanga County Council on the 1st day of September 1983.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Schedules hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The areas described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 945, folio 99, subject to memorandum of mortgage 265809.2.

(ii) The areas described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 57, folio 62.

(iii) The area described in the Fourth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume No. 7B/1194, subject to memoranda of mortgages 420056.1, 395041.1, and 395041.2.

(iv) The areas described in the Fifth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 945, folio 98, subject to memorandum of mortgage 491074.

(c) Declares the land described in the Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, Tenth, and Eleventh Schedules to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981 and declares that:

(i) The area described in the Seventh Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 57, folio 62.

(ii) The area described in the Eighth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 945, folio 99, subject to memorandum of mortgage 265809.2.

(iii) The area described in the Ninth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 327, folio 69.

(iv) The area described in the Tenth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 945, folio 98, subject to memorandum of mortgage 491074.
