Land Taken in Ashburton County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and declares that:

(i) The area firstly described in the Schedule shall be added to Reserve 1022 held by the Ashburton County Council for a gravel pit.

(ii) The area secondly described in the Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 626, folio 56, Canterbury Land Registry.

(iii) The areas thirdly and fourthly described in the Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 144, Canterbury Land Registry, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 14004/5 and 14004/6.

(iv) The area fifthly described in the Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 20A, folio 1283, Canterbury Land Registry, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 221659/6, 221659/7 and 309405/1.
