act or omission of the owner of the servient land (called
the grantor) or his servants, agents, licensees and invitees
then the grantor shall reimburse the Crown for the full cost
of such maintenance or other work;

(4) the grantor shall not place or cause to be placed any buildings
or structures or plant or cause to be planted any tree or
shrub on the servient land and will not do, or allow any
act whereby the rights herein granted may be interfered
with or affected in any way;

(5) any dispute between the parties as to the interpretation of this
grant or as to any matter arising under it shall be referred
to arbitration under the Arbitration Act 1908.
