PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a State primary school and shall vest in the Crown on the 18th day of August 1983.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Murupara Borough Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserve in the Murupara Borough Council in trust for that purpose.
