PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped;

(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the said portion of road, when so stopped, is hereby acquired for a State primary school and shall vest in the Crown on the 18th day of August 1983.
