(i) The area marked “A” on the plan, now known as Allotment 279, Whaingaroa Parish, shall vest in Oscar Richard Van Houtte of Te Mata, farmer.

(ii) The area marked “D” on the plan, now known as Allotment 280, Whaingaroa Parish, shall vest in Alan Edward Darlington of Otewa, farmer and Diane Margaret Darlington his wife as tenants in common in equal shares subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos.
