Thence by a right line to and along the eastern boundary of the said part Section 4 across the end of a legal road, again along the eastern boundary of the said part Section 4, the eastern boundary of Section 30, Block I, Otumahana Survey District and the eastern and southern boundaries of the said part Section 4 to the north-eastern corner of Section 11, Block I, Otumahana Survey District; thence again generally southerly along the north-eastern and southern boundaries of the said Section 11 across a legal road, again along the southern boundary of the said Section 11, the eastern side of Kongahu Swamp Road, the eastern boundary of Section 26, Block I, Kongahu Survey District and again along the eastern side of the said Kongahu Swamp Road to a point on the northern bank of Blackwater Creek; thence by a right line to and along the northern boundaries of Section 49, Block II, Kongahu Survey District, the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 8788, across State Highway No. 67, along the northern boundary of part Section 1, Block II, Kongahu Survey District and that boundary produced across a legal road to a point on the mean high water mark of the Tasman Sea; thence generally northerly along the mean high water mark of the Tasman Sea, all inlets, across the mouths of all rivers and streams of the Karamaka Bight to the point of commencement;

Secondly, all that area in the Buller County containing 40 hectares, approximately, being Sections 104–110, Square 152 and Crown land in Block XIII, Oparara Survey District, being an island at the mouth of the Karamaka River;

Thirdly, all that area in the Buller County containing 4.2492 hectares, approximately, being Sections 111 and 112, Square 152, situated in Block XIII, Oparara Survey District, being an island at the mouth of the Karamaka River.

As the same are more particularly delineated on plan No. OPS 4/1/5D15, deposited in the National Headquarters of the New Zealand Fire Service at Wellington and thereon bordered red.

SIXTEENTH SCHEDULE
WAIMANGAROA FIRE DISTRICT

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District containing 7560 hectares, approximately, situated in the Buller County bounded by a line commencing at a point on the mean high water mark of the Tasman Sea being on the south-western boundary of the Granity Fire District hereinbefore described and proceeding generally south-easterly along that boundary to the southernmost corner of Section 10, Block VI, Ngakawau Survey District; thence by a right line to the centre of Jones Creek; thence generally south-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of Section 50, Block II, Kawatiri Survey District; thence by a right line across the end of a legal road to and along the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 50, Block II, Kawatiri Survey District; the south-eastern boundary of Section 53, across the end of a legal road and along the south-eastern boundary of Section 91 and its production to a point on the true right bank of Stony Creek, all of Block II, Kawatiri Survey District;

Thence generally south-easterly along the true right bank of Stony Creek to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Section 48, Block II, Kawatiri Survey District; thence by a right line to and along the said south-eastern boundary, along the south-western boundary of Section 88, all Block II, Kawatiri Survey District and the south-eastern boundary of part Lot 2, D.P. 2724 and its production across a legal road to a point on the true right bank of the Waimangaroa River; thence generally south-easterly along the true right bank of the said Waimangaroa River to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section 38, Block VI, Kawatiri Survey District; thence by a right line to and along the northern boundary of the said Section 38, the north-eastern boundaries of the said Section 38 to a point on the true right bank of the said Waimangaroa River;

Thence generally south-easterly along the said true right bank to a point on the eastern boundary of Block VI, Kawatiri Survey District; thence generally south-westerly along the eastern and southern boundaries of the said Block VI, Kawatiri Survey District, and the southern boundary of Block V, Kawatiri Survey District to a point on the true right bank of Myers Stream; thence again generally north-westerly along the true right bank of the said Myers Stream to its confluence with Deadmans Creek; thence again generally north-westerly along the true right bank of the said Deadmans Creek to a point on the mean high water mark of the Tasman Sea; thence generally north-easterly along the mean high water mark of the Tasman Sea across the mouth of all rivers and streams to the point of commencement.
