Classification of Naming of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a Government purpose (fisheries management) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, declares that the reserve shall hereafter be known as the Otumahana Reserve.

Appointment of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries to Control and Manage a Reserve and Declaration that the Said Reserve shall be Subject to the Provisions of the Fisheries Act 1908

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby appoints the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a Government purpose (fisheries management) reserve, and further, declares that the said reserve shall be subject to the provisions of the Fisheries Act 1908.
