Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a Government purpose (wildlife management) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Vesting a Reserve in the Waitaki County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby vests the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, in the Waitaki County Council in trust for recreation with effect from 1 April 1983.

Appointment of the Picton Borough Council to Control and Manage Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby appoints the Picton Borough Council to control and manage the reserve, described hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for local purpose (site for the community centre).
