Classification of Reserve Authorisation of the Exchange of a Reserve for Other Land

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (site for a scout hall) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act. PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby authorises the exchange of the gravel reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land, described in the Second Schedule hereto,

Amendment to a Notice Classifying Parts of a Reserve Cancellation of the Vesting in the Kairanga County Council and Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve

PURSUANT to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands, hereby amends an error in the notice classifying Mount Eden Domain dated 23 November 1982 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 3 February 1983, No. 10, page 272, by omitting from the said notice “All New Zealand Gazette, 1951, page 1151” and inserting in its place “All New Zealand Gazette, 1951, page 1155”. PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Kairanga County Council and revokes the reservation as a reserve for a site for county buildings over the reserve described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (road) reserve over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Levin Borough Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council’s Reserves Account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
