Declaration that Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Hawke’s Bay County Council on the 9th day of May 1983:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hawke’s Bay County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said county in fee-simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a local purpose reserve (site for a war memorial hall and community purposes) within the meaning the said Act.”

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a road reserve over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Kapiti Borough Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council Reserves Account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block I, Te Kuri Survey District, Hobson County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Hobson County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
