Cancellation of the Vesting in the Auckland Hospital Board of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Auckland Hospital Board of the Government purpose (centre for the intellectually handicapped) reserve, described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Minister of Internal Affairs to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for Government purposes (wildlife management), and further declares that the said reserve shall be subject to the provisions of the Wildlife Act 1953.
