Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Manukau City Council
PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as recreation reserves, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserves in The Manukau City Council in trust for that purpose.

Maori Land Development Notice
PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1983, No. 10.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Wilhelm Rudolph and Poti Huia.
