Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Block XIV, Patetere North Survey District and Block III, Patetere South Survey District, Matamata County

PURSUANT TO Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Matamata County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The area marked “B” on the plan now known as Section 245, Block III, Patetere South Survey District shall vest in Ronald Frederick Coles of Putaruru, farmer, and Margaret Ethel Coles, his wife, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 070817.3 and H. 306055 South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) The areas marked “D” and “F” on the plan, now known as Sections 246 and 247, Block III, Patetere South Survey District, shall vest in Ronald Frederick Coles of Putaruru, farmer subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 306055 South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) The areas marked “H”, “J” and “L” on plan and now known as Sections 9, 7, and 8 (respectively), Block XIV, Patetere North Survey District, shall vest in PTY Industries Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Putaruru, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 156594.4 South Auckland Land Registry.
