Amending a Notice Declaring Land Held for Housing Purposes to be Set Apart for Buildings of the General Government in Block XII, Mangapakeha Survey District, Masterton County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Notice dated the 8th day of December 1981 and published in Gazette, 17 December 1981, No. 151 at page 3804; declaring land held for housing purposes to be set apart for buildings of the General Government in Block XII, Mangapakeha Survey District, Masterton County by omitting from the Schedule the following:

“1 rood (1012 square metres),”

and substituting the following:

“1 rood and 00.1 of a perch (1014 square metres).”

(a) Pursuant to Section 124, declares the road described in the Schedule hereto to be Government road;

(b) Pursuant to Section 116, declares the said road to be stopped;

(c) Pursuant to Sections 117 and 52, declares the stopped Government road (now known as Section 28, Block III, Ngatapa Survey District) to be set apart for post office purposes (VHF Station).
