Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Amalgamated,

Hawke’s Bay County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road, and vested in the Hawke’s Bay County Council:

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the parts of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that—

(i) The area marked ‘D’ (now known as section 34, Block IV, Maungaharuru Survey District) shall be incorporated in renewable Lease 107/159 held from Her Majesty The Queen by David John Redshaw, Roland George Redshaw and Brian Robert Redshaw all of Tutira, all farm workers, as tenants in common in equal shares, subject to mortgage Nos. 324477.6 and 388623.1:

(ii) The area marked ‘E’ (now known as section 33, Block IV, Maungaharuru Survey District) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 115/206 subject to mortgage Nos. 339614.2, 339614.3 and 362205.2 and consent certificate 414657.1:

(iii) The area marked ‘F’ (now known as section 32, Block IV, Maungaharuru Survey District) shall be incorporated in Deferred Payment Licence E2/368 held from Her Majesty The Queen by Donald George Redshaw of Tutira, farmer, subject to mortgage Nos. 123404, 178215, 324439.1, 361086.1 and 388623.1 and consent certificate 414664.1:

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken, and declares that the said area (now known as section 31, Block IV, Maungaharuru Survey District) shall be incorporated in Deferred Payment Licence E2/368 subject to the interests in (b) (iii) above.
