Definition of the Purpose of a Reserve and Classification of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby defines the purpose for which the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be classified as that of a reserve for scenic purposes, and further declares that the said reserve be classified as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act.

Reservation of Land
