PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the pipe line certificate number W. 8794, for hospital purposes and shall vest in The Taranaki Hospital Board, on the 19th day of August 1982.
