PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject
to the fencing covenant contained in transfer 41539, for
a teacher's residence on the 19th day of August 1982.
