Electric Lines Licence—Authorising New Zealand Forest
Service to Erect and Use Electric Lines
PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Energy
hereby licenses the New Zealand Forest Service, subject to the
following conditions, to lay, construct, put up, place and use
the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto.
CONDITIONS
-
This licence is subject to compliance with the Electrical
Supply Regulations 1976, the Electrical Wiring Regulations
1976, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and all regula-
tions made in amendment of or in substitution for any of
those regulations. -
The systems of supply shall be as described in paragraph
(a) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations
1976, and shall be an alternating current system. -
This licence shall, unless it is sooner lawfully determined,
continue in force until the 31st day of March 1997.
SCHEDULE
A line commencing from the New Zealand Forest Service
Headquarters in D.P. 15515, Great Barrier Island and
proceeding generally in a northerly direction for approximately
3000 metres to a New Zealand Post Office radio hut in D.P.
13504 and including 2 spur lines to the Nurses’ Headquarters
and the Church Hall in Port Fitzroy, all being situated in
Block II, Fitzroy Survey District. The said line being more
particularly shown on the plan marked NZE 1023 deposited
in the office of the Electricity Division of the Ministry of
Energy at Wellington.

The Wangaloa Cemetery Closing and Clearing Notice 1982
PURSUANT to the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, the Minister
of Health hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
-
This notice may be cited as the Wangaloa Cemetery
Closing and Clearance Notice 1982. -
It is hereby directed that the Wangaloa Cemetery being
the area of land described in the Schedule hereto shall be
closed and burials discontinued after the 31st day of March -
The Bruce County Council, having the control and
management of the Wangaloa Cemetery, is hereby authorised
to remove all monuments and tablets erected in the closed
cemetery after the 31st day of March 1983.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land containing together 1 rood and 1.2
perches, more or less, and being Section 13 (formerly part
Section 8), Section 14 (formerly part closed road), and
Section 15 (formerly part Section 8), Block VII, Coast Survey
District.

by a further 2 years until June/July 1984.

Fixing of Trigger Price for Wool (No. 2878; Ag. 4/53/2/7)
PURSUANT to section 41 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, notice
is hereby given that:
(a) The trigger price is fixed at 400 cents per kilogram
(greasy) in respect of all categories of wool (other
than dag wool, slipe wool, fellmongered wool, and
wool on the skin) produced in New Zealand and
that trigger price shall apply during the remainder
of the 1982/83 wool selling season and shall con-
tinue in force until such time as a new trigger
price is fixed; and
(b) This notice is to take effect from and inclusive of the
12th day of August 1982.
