Vesting a Reserve in the Cook County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby vests the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, in the Cook County Council in trust for recreation purposes.

Cancellation of the Vesting of Control of a Reserve in the Bay of Islands County Council and Appointment of a Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting of control of the reserve for recreational purposes, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, appoints the Bay of Islands Maritime and Historic Park Board to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for recreation purposes.
