Notice of Approval of Red Reflectors in Terms of the Traffic
Regulations 1976

NOTICE

Pursuant to regulation 88 (1) of the Traffic Regulations
1976*, and pursuant to the powers delegated to me by the
Secretary for Transport, I, Robert Norman Abram, Chief
Automotive Engineer, hereby approve for the purpose of
regulation 62 (2) of the said regulations, red reflectors of the
make and type described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

Red reflectors incorporated in tail lamp assemblies fitted as
standard equipment to Holden model JB series vehicles.
Make: General Motors No. 92014308/9 Standard BS AU40
Part 2 1965 Class I.

Pursuant to section 51 of the Law Practitioners Act 1955,
notice is hereby given that the Disciplinary Committee of the
New Zealand Law Society, on the 25th day of May 1982,
ordered that the name of Mark Joseph France, of Whangarei,
be removed from the roll of barristers and the roll of solicitors
of the High Court of New Zealand, and further ordered that
the said Mark Joseph France pay to the New Zealand Law
Society by way of costs the sum of $1,500.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at
Licensed Premises—Wellington Licensing Committee

Pursuant to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as
amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment
Act 1976, I, Stanley James Callahan, Secretary for Justice,
hereby give notice that the Wellington Licensing Committee,
on 24 June 1982, made an order authorising variations of the
usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as
the Greta Point Tavern, Evans Bay Parade.

To the intent that on days other than those on which
licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of
liquor to the general public, the hours for the opening and
closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the
morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.

(b) On any New Year's Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the
morning and closing at 00.30 o'clock on the morning
of New Year's Day.
