44.3 Handling and tallying
The Corporation may require all loading, unloading, or tallying, to be performed by the owners; where any such service is performed by the Corporation charges as provided in clause 58 shall be made.

45. CLASS G GOODS RAILED IN FULL WAGON LOADS

45.1 Charges
Goods classified as class G in clause 73 shall be charged at such rates except full wagon loads shall be charged class G less 12½ percent at the cubic measurements listed:

45.1.1. Owner’s risk: When subject to compliance with the Carriage of Goods Act 1979, the goods specified above are conveyed at “owner’s risk”.

45.1.2 Lesser quantities: Lesser quantities shall be charged in accordance with the foregoing or on actual measurement at Class G, whichever is the cheaper.

45.2 Owners to load and unload
The application of class G less 12½ percent rates as above is conditional on all loading and unloading being performed by owners.

46. CLASS R

46.1 Minimum wagon loads
Minimum wagon loads of goods chargeable at class R shall be as follows:

46.2 Minimum charges
Except where otherwise specified, any less quantity than the minimum wagon load prescribed shall be charged at such minimum, or on the actual weight at the class E rate plus 50 percent, whichever is cheaper.

46.3 Handling
The Corporation may require all loading and unloading to be performed by the owners. Where any such services are performed by the Corporation, charges as prescribed in clause 58 shall apply.
