PURSUANT to Regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode
Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following
lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been
found:

(1) An area of 10 acres, more or less, situated North
West of and adjoining Middleton and Attewell Roads,
Pukekohe, being Allot 220, subsection 2, Parish of Pukekohe,
certificate of title 758/131 (Auckland Registry).

This land was previously gazetted (b) (1) on the 24th day

PURSUANT to Regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode
Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following
lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been
found:

(1) An area of 4 acres, 22 perches, more or less, situated
west of and adjoining Wellington Street South of the Ward
Street junction Pukekohe, being Lot 7, D.P. 6611, part of
Allot 57, subsection 2, Parish of Pukekohe, certificate of title
239/123 (Auckland Registry).

This land was previously gazetted (b) (XII) on the 15th day
