Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 2851, Ag. 61422)

PURSUANT to Regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found:

(1) An area of 24 acres, 3 roods, 26 perches, more or less, situated North East of and adjoining Tramway Road and South of and adjoining Attewell Road, Pukekohe, being Lot 1, D.P. 13269, and being Allot 103, and part of Allots 71, 78, 78A and 104, Parish of Puni, certificate of title 365/147 (Auckland Registry).

This land was previously gazetted (b) (VIII) on the 7th day of October 1975. Notice No. 1257.

PURSUANT to Regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found:

(1) An area of 36 acres, 1 rood, 11.1 perches, more or less, situated South of Mill Road and adjoining Mill Road and State Highway 1, Bombay, being part of Allot 27, Parish of Mangatawhiri, certificate of title 572/255 (Auckland Registry).

This land was previously gazetted (b), (1) on the 23rd day of February 1979. Notice No. 2104.

Approval of Motorcycle Safety Helmets in Terms of the Traffic Regulations 1976

PURSUANT to subclause (1) of regulation 88 of the Traffic Regulations 1976*, the Secretary for Transport hereby approves for the purpose of regulation 31 of the said regulations, motorcycle safety helmets of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

SAFETY helmets manufactured by F. Ferrentino Manufacturing Ltd. bearing the model designations Monza M1, Monza M2, and Monza M3, and bearing the certification mark of the Standards Association of Australia AS 1698.

Approval of Motorcycle Safety Helmets in Terms of Traffic Regulations 1976

PURSUANT to subclause (1) of regulation 88 of the Traffic Regulations 1976*, the Secretary for Transport hereby approves for the purpose of regulation 31 of the said regulations, motorcycle safety helmets of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

SAFETY helmets manufactured by Stadium Ltd., England, bearing the model designation “Mirage” and bearing the certification mark of the British Standards Institute BS 5361. Saftey helmets manufactured by Kiwi SA, Switzerland, bearing the model designations K2, K3, K7, and K9 and bearing the certification mark of the Standards Association of Australia AS 1698.
