S. 27812; thence south-easterly to and along that boundary to its southernmost point; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern boundaries of Lot 2, aforesaid, Lot 2, D.P. S. 7274, Lot 2, D.P. S. 7085, Lots 5 and 4, D.P. S. 4985, Lot 5, D.P. S. 19572, Lot 3, D.P. S. 25025, Lot 3, D.P. 19572, Lot 2, D.P. 30838, Lots 1 and 2, D.P. S. 25454, Sections 6, 5 and 4, Block III, Takapau Survey District and Lot 1, D.P. 30839 to the easternmost corner of the last-mentioned lot; thence south-easterly along the south-western boundary of Paeroa East 3A Block, as shown on ML 4440° to the western boundary of the land shown on D.P. 20113; thence northerly along that boundary to its north-western corner; thence westerly along the northern boundaries of Section 45, Block XV, Paeroa Survey District, to the south-eastern boundary of Section 29, Block XV aforesaid; thence north-easterly along that boundary and the eastern boundary of Section 20, Block XI, Paeroa Survey District, to a right line between Trig Station 31, Paeroa, in Block V, Paeroa Survey District and Trig Station 2120, Tawhiwhan in Block XIV, Galatea Survey District; thence south-easterly along that right line to the production of a right line between Trig Station 18, Maungawhakamana, in Block III, Ruawahia Survey District and Trig Station 38, Ahiwhakamuru in Block X, Kaingaroa Survey District; thence south-easterly along a right line to Trig Station 78A, Pekepeke in Block III, Wheao Survey District; thence southerly along a right line to Trig Station 76, Taupiri in Block XII, Survey District, along another right line to Trig Station F, Tiritiri in Block III, Heruwi Survey District and another right line to Trig Station B, Pukeroa, in Block XI, Heruwi Survey District; thence south-easterly along a right line to Trig Station Te Taumutu in Block XVI, Heruwi Survey District, being a point on the south-eastern watershed of the Rangitaiki and Whakatane Rivers; thence southerly generally along that watershed to the northernmost corner of Pohokura No. 1 in Block IV, Runanga Survey District; thence southerly and easterly along the western and southern boundaries of Pohokura No. 1 aforesaid to the western boundary of the former Tatarakina No. 11 in Block II, Waitara Survey District; thence southerly generally along that boundary and its production to the middle of the Mohaka River; thence south-westerly generally up the middle of that river to a point in line with the middle of the Waipunga River in Block XIII, Waitara Survey District; thence to and up the middle of that river to a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 13787; thence westerly generally to and along that boundary and its production to the western side of the old Taupo-Napier Road; thence southerly generally along that roadside and the western side of Kowaro Roadway to the southernmost corner of Section 1, Block XI, Tarawera Survey District; thence due west along a right line to the western side of State Highway No. 5; thence southerly along that roadside and south-westerly along the north-western side of Kowaro Roadway to the north-eastern boundary of part Tarawera 8; thence westerly generally along that boundary, the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Tarawera 10A, the abutment of Omarowa Roadway, again along that north-western boundary and the south-western boundary of Tarawera 10A to a point in line with the middle of a tributary of the Toropapa Stream, as shown on ML 1404; thence south-westerly to and up the middle of that tributary to the southern boundary of Block X, Tarawera Survey District, approximately 200 metres east of the boundary between Blocks IX and X, Tarawera Survey District; thence westerly along the southern boundary of Blocks X and IX,

Tarawera Survey District, to the eastern boundary of Wharetoto 1 Block; thence southerly and easterly along the eastern and southern boundaries of that block and the production of the southern boundary to the middle of the Mohaka River; thence south-easterly generally down the middle of that river to a point in line with the southern boundary of Tapapa 3 Block; thence westerly to and along that boundary and north-westerly along the south-western boundary of that Block and its production to the middle of the Oamaru Stream; thence south-westerly generally up the middle of that stream to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Tapapa 1 and 2 Block to and along that boundary and its production to the middle of the Ngaruroro River; thence south-easterly generally down that river to a right line between Trig Station 65A in Block XXI, Kaweka Survey District and Trig Station 26, Tawake Tohunga, in Block XII, Mangamaire Survey District; thence westerly along that right line to Trig Station 26, aforesaid; thence south-westerly along a right line to Trig Station 27, Motumatai, in Block XV, Mangamaire Survey District and along another right line to Trig Station XXVIII, Manukaiapu in Block XVI, Kaimanawa Survey District and along another right line to Trig Station H, Paretaitonga, in Block XI aforesaid, and north-easterly along another right line to Trig Station D, Ngauruhoe, in Block XVI, Tongariro Survey District; thence northerly along a right line to Trig Station Tongariro No. 1 in Block XII, Tongariro Survey District, and north-easterly along another right line to a point on the western shore of Lake Taupo in the middle of the mouth of the Waihi Stream in Block V, Puketi Survey District; thence northerly generally along that shore to the southernmost corner of Tihoi No. 1; thence northerly, westerly, and again northerly along the western boundaries of Tihoi No. 1 aforesaid, Section 1, Block XIV, Marotiri Survey District, part Tihoi (3B, 8B No. 2B, 3, 4, 6 and 8)B; Section 3, Block XIV, Marotiri Survey District, the southern boundaries of part Tihoi 3B8A, Lot 2, D.P. S. 27599, a piece of public road, Lot 1, D.P. S. 27599, and again along the southern and western boundaries of part Tihoi 3B8A, Section 1, Block VIII, Hurakia Survey District and Section 1, Block IV aforesaid; thence northerly along the eastern boundaries of Maraeroa A2, parts A3A, A3B2, along a right line across State Highway No. 30 (Scott Road) to and again along the eastern boundary of part Maraeroa A3B2 aforesaid and the western boundary of part Pouakani 2 to its westernmost point; thence easterly along the north-western boundary of part Pouakani 2, aforesaid and its production to the middle of the Waitete Stream; thence down the middle of that stream and its production to and down the middle of the Waipapa Stream to the point of commencement; excluding therefrom the Taupo Borough as hereinbefore described.

Maori Land Development Notice

PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1982, No. 15.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
