Land Declared to be Road in the Borough of Te Awamutu

PURSUANT to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Te Awamutu Borough Council.

Land Acquired for the Hamilton Eastern Bypass Motorway in the City of Hamilton

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the Hamilton Eastern Bypass Motorway on the 1st day of July 1982.

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Ashburton County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) PURSUANT to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road;

(b) PURSUANT to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The area marked “A” on S.O. Plan 15560 shall vest in Doug Hood Limited, at Ashburton, and Keith Bernard Hood, of Ashburton, farmer (tenants in common in equal shares), subject to memoranda of mortgages 326778/5, 212305/1 and 265398/1.

(ii) The area marked “H” on S.O. Plan 15559 shall vest in William Hugh Weir and Edward John Weir, both of Methven, farmers (tenants in common in equal shares).
