Declaring Land to be a Limited Access Road, Limited Access Road Stopped and Added to Land Held for a State Forest, and Land Taken in Block V, Tarawera Survey District, Rotorua District

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be a limited access road, which, pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, has become road, limited access road, and State highway.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the portions of limited access road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and added to the land held for a State forest, described in the Third Schedule hereto.

(c) Declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1).
