Amending a Notice Declaring Land Held for Maori Housing Purposes to be Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Blenheim

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice, dated the 15th day of January 1982 and published in Gazette, 28 January 1982, No. 7, at page 249; declaring land held for Maori housing purposes, to be set apart for State housing purposes in the Borough of Blenheim, by omitting from the fourth line, the words “the easements created by transfer No. 96691”, and substituting the words “and together with the easements referred to in easement certificate 93328.3 and subject to the easement created by transfer 93329.”
