PURSUANT to section 7 of the National Parks Act 1980, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the date hereof, be a national park subject to the National Parks Act 1980 and shall be added to and form part of the Westland National Park.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT—WESTLAND COUNTY
16025 hectares, more or less, being Rural Sections 6235, 6236, 6238, 6240 and 6252 (formerly Reserves 223 and 1750 and part Reserves 1640, 1642, 1643,, 1696 and 1721) situated in Blocks VII to XV, Gillespies Survey District, Blocks X, XI, and XIII to XVI, Okarito Survey District, and Blocks I to IV, and VII, Waiho Survey District. PURSUANT to section 2 of the Canterbury Museum and Library Ordinance 1870, section 26 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1908, as set forth in the Second Schedule to the Acts Interpretation Act 1924, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order:
ORDER

Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Canterbury Public Library Order 1982.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after its notification in the Gazette. -
Sale of Land—(1) The Christchurch City Council is hereby authorised to sell the land described in the Schedule to this order.
(2) The proceeds of the sale of the said land shall be applied for the purposes of a public library.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2023 square metres, situated in the City of Christchurch, being Town Sections 405 and 406 and being all the land in certificate of title No. 364/261, Canterbury Registry.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour made after consultation with the unions, associations, and organisations referred to in section 5 of that Act, and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

Title—This order may be cited as the Rehabilitation League N.Z. (Incorporated), Dunedin Branch Order 1982.

Exemption—The Rehabilitation League N.Z. (Incorporated), Dunedin Branch, an organisation approved* by the Minister of Labour under section 3 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, is hereby granted exemption in respect of its sheltered workshop at 25 Reid Road, Dunedin, from:
(a) All the provisions of every award and agreement that would otherwise apply to persons employed in that workshop; and
(b) The Minimum Wage Act 1945, the Holidays Act 1981, and sections 10 (2) (b) and 15 of the Factories and Commercial Premises Act 1981. -
Revocation—The Disabled Re-Establishment League Incorporated Order 1974† is hereby amended by omitting from clause 2 the words “182 Bay View Road, Dunedin”.

Exemption—The New Zealand Society for the Intellectually Handicapped (Incorporated), South Otago Sub-Branch, an organisation approved* by the Minister of Labour under section 3 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, is hereby granted exemption in respect of its sheltered workshop at 32 Glasgow Street, Balclutha, from:
(a) All the provisions of every award and agreement that would otherwise apply to persons employed in that workshop; and
(b) The Minimum Wage Act 1945, the Holidays Act 1981, and sections 10 (2) (b) and 15 of the Factories and Commercial Premises Act 1981.
