PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke item 4 of the Schedule attached to the Warrant published on the 16th day of May 1957* notifying and declaring 9 areas of land to be wildlife refuges.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and used as a roadway, to be road, and to be vested in The Bay of Islands County Council.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 23rd day of May 1955, published in the Gazette, 19 May 1955, No. 34, at page 794; proclaiming land taken for the purpose of paddocking driven cattle in Block VIII, Mohaka Survey District, Wairoa County by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule:

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3032 square metres, situated in Block VIII, Mohaka Survey District, being part Mohaka B29; as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 8145, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier.
