A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the warrant published on the 16th day of May 1957* notifying and declaring an area of land to be a wildlife refuge.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 2nd day of June 1982.

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Mount Richmond State Forest Park—Nelson Conservancy

DAVID BEATTIE, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63b (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Mount Richmond State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—WAIMA COUNTY

275.3734 hectares, more or less, being part Sections 58, 59, 60, and parts Section 61, Square 1, together with a small island in the Roding River, opposite Section 59, Square 1, all situated in Blocks VII, VIII, XI, and XII, Waima Survey District, as shown on plan O.27/10 deposited in the Head Office of the N.Z. Forest Service at Wellington. (S.O. 1235).

63.0094 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 10364, as shown on plan O27/9, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Declaring That the Course of the Raumanga Stream in the City of Whangarei Shall be Altered or Diverted

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 235 of the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, declare that the course of the Raumanga Stream shall be altered or diverted within the areas of land described in the Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land, situated in the City of Whangarei, described as follows:

9 Part Old Stream Bed; marked “U” on plan.

336 Part Raumanga No. 2 Block; marked “W” on plan.

3 Part Old Stream Bed; marked “Y” on plan.

As shown on S.O. Plan 50443, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon marked as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Thames-Coromandel District Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of July 1982.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Thames Survey District, described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 20 (g) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1924, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for river control purposes, and shall vest in the Northland Catchment Commission as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of July 1982.
